Previously, the longest we’ve had to wait for a new PlayStation console was seven years (it was the same wait between the PS3 and PS4 as it was between the PS4 and PS5), so anything after November 2027 will be the longest gap between Sony’s console generations.
According to the same Insider Gaming claim, the PS5 Pro is officially under production and is set to ship late in 2024. If that’s true, we may anticipate a beefed-up version of the current-gen system relatively soon. However, until it’s officially proven, take it with a grain of salt.

“Because we cannot fully catch up with the rapid development of technology, we believe that a platform for the PS5 will be available in a six to seven-year cycle.” However, during the platform lifespan, we should be able to update the hardware and incorporate technological improvements. That was the idea behind it, and the PS4 Pro, which came in the middle of the PS4 launch cycle, was a test case for that concept.”
Sony follows a timeline similar to the PS4, implying that a PS5 Pro or PS5 Slim will be released sometime in the middle of this lifecycle: around 2023 or 2024.
What are the Specifications and Features of the New Playstation 6?

The gaming system deviating into virtual reality is nothing new. To enable an engaging and fulfilling virtual reality experience, controllers and headsets should be consolidated into the same Set as the console.
The new Play Station offers better visuals and more complex gaming options. It is also said to have a VR headset, making it the first time Sony has used this technology in one of their systems.
The User Interface
The UI is undoubtedly one of the PS 5’s highlights. Sony should be able to achieve harmony between its product and its users. It is critical to have a readily accessible PlayStore.

With the PS6, we want to see Sony strike a futuristic and approachable balance.
